The main objectives of Krishibid Foundation for Humanity (KFH) are medical and other assistance to helpless patients, scholarships and other support activities for meritorious and disadvantaged students, safe food supply, farmer friendly marketing chain development, employment /income generating programs for poor and helpless people, assistance to helpless children and elderly, development of other disadvantaged and backward communities including third gender, assistance to helpless women and empowerment of women, humanitarian assistance in natural and other disasters. Although initially it was not possible to conduct all the activities, KFH will implement all the objectives in phases as per the capacity.

The first meeting was held on 16 October 2020 with the aim of establishing KFH. That day is considered the date of establishment of the Krishibid Foundation for Humanity (KFH). However, the activities of the 1st Executive Committee started on 1st January 2021.

We are the friends of 1996-97’ session of Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, Bangladesh have established the foundation to make the available right of entry to the neglected people who need to improve their livelihood for betterment.

The Krishibid Foundation for Humanity (KFH) has 05 (five) types of members. Such as founder members, advisory committee members, general members, life members and donor members. KFH also has a volunteer team.

Krishibid Foundation for Humanity (KFH) is by no means an organization of agriculturists. Originally, this organization was born on the initiative of 125 agriculturists (1996-97 session of Bangladesh Agricultural University). Entrepreneurs are agriculturists so the name agriculturist has been added to the name of the organization. But according to the constitution it is a universal organization. Any person can be a member / volunteer of KFH subject to the conditions of the constitution.

You can get attached with us as a Member/Volunteer. The process of becoming a member/volunteer of KFH is as follows:
A) Founder member: 125 agriculturists are the honorable founder member. There is no chance to become a founder member.
B) Adviser: The Executive Committee of KFH nominates the advisor. The consent of the advisor is taken in this matter.
C) General Member:  Anyone above the age of 18 years can apply for the General Member of KFH by filling up the prescribed form from the website of KFH. If the Executive Committee approves the application for membership and then pays the prescribed membership fee, the applicant will be considered as an general member of KFH.

D) Life Member:  Anyone above the age of 18 years can apply for the Life Member of KFH by filling up the prescribed form from the website of KFH. If the Executive Committee approves the application for membership and then pays the prescribed membership fee, the applicant will be considered as an life member of KFH.

E) Donor Member: Anyone above the age of 18 years can apply for the Donor Member of KFH by filling up the prescribed form from the website of KFH. If the Executive Committee approves the application for membership and then pays the prescribed membership fee, the applicant is considered as a donor member of KFH for 1 year. The term of this membership is up to 1 year from the date of receipt of membership.

F) Volunteer: Anyone can apply for the position of Volunteer of KFH by filling up the prescribed form from the website of KFH. If the Executive Committee approves the application, the applicant is considered a volunteer of KFH.

There is no fee for advisors and volunteers. Founder members pay the same fees as general members. General, life and donor membership fees are as follows:
A) General member: Membership fee is 3000 taka, monthly fee is 250 taka.
B) Life Member: Membership fee is 50,000 taka, monthly fee is not required.
C) Donor member: Membership fee is minimum 5000 taka for one year, monthly fee is not required to be paid.

Only general members have the right to vote at KFH. Founder members and life members are treated as general members. They also have the right to vote as general members. Other members/ volunteers do not have the right to vote.

Acceptance of applications for the Member / Volunteer of KFH is under the jurisdiction of the Executive Committee. Joining as a Donor Member / Life Member / Volunteer is relatively easy. Further verification is applied for the General Member. It is desirable for active and humane people to join as general members. This organization is not for identified criminals, corrupt individuals and they do not need to apply for any kind of membership or volunteer.

KFH's Executive committee has been formed by analyzing the past history of the individual's innate qualities (honesty, humanity, acceptability to others) and various other issues. Every member of the Executive Committee is of good quality. Nevertheless, financial transparency and accountability are ensured as follows: -

A) The bank account is managed under the joint signature of the Chairman, Secretary General and Finance Secretary. The signature of the Finance Secretary is required along with the signature of either the Chairman or the Secretary General.

B) At the quarterly meeting of the Executive Committee of the Finance Secretary, the statement of income and expenditure is provided and approved. 

C) The Internal Audit Committee conducts audits of income and expenditure twice a year and provides audit reports which are approved at the general meeting.

D) Once a year audit of income and expenditure is done by ICAB listed chartered accountant firm. The audit report is presented and approved at the annual general meeting.
 
E) Annual income-expenditure statement is sent to all general members, donor members and life members by mail.

At present financial assistance can be provided in Dutch Bangla Bank and Nagad account. Donation can be sent to bKash soon. Also, only Zakat Donation can be sent to Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. soon.

A Zakat Fund has been set up at KFH. On the advice of an experienced scholar in this regard, zakat money is paid in the appropriate sector. Zakat distribution report will be given in the mail of all the persons who pay Zakat of minimum 2000 taka in KFH's fund. For this we need the email address and phone number of the zakat payer.
